I signed up to Excellence Assured program after my son was diagnosed with ME. He struggled with acceptance, negative thinking, anxiety and depression. We had explored many different areas of support and were honestly feeling pretty desperate. After speaking with Anthony it became clear that increasing my knowledge in this area would enable me to better understand my sons behaviours and also help him with some of his negative cognitions. Anthony explains everything in a clear and concise manner and demonstrates the subject areas in such an interesting and inspiring way that leaves you wanting to learn more. He has the natural ability to promote understanding of some very difficult concepts, yet always manages to get the message through so easily and effortlessly.
